Who is Dennis?

Dennis Croll - the man - the myth - the Kiwi – has arrived in back in Salzburg. He is here for you - now. He is here to change people’s lives for the better with easy, effective and fun workouts that get results – fast.  Dennis has a long history in health and fitness in many countries and appeared on TV and radio shows and travelling the world on cruise ships as an elite Personal Trainer.

After teaching health and fitness professionally for many years following the traditional well-proven paths, Dennis noticed that there was always something missing. Some of his clients just couldn't lose fat, tone up, or experience the vitality and passion that life offers. Some lacked energy, couldn't lose weight, and didn't get the results they wanted.


He also looked around at others his age and a lot younger and was horrified to see the unnecessary degeneration of bodies and onslaught of obesity and lifestyle diseases.


And all these diets and other exercise programs, why weren't they working?"

He kept asking himself, "Why wasn't there a simple, easy way to teach people how to live life like they have always wanted? And how can I motivate others to be as healthy and feel as good as I feel at my age?

Today he feels great and is fitter and healthier than he did at 20 years of age with excellent health, has boundless energy, power, strength, and endurance. You will get the no-nonsense truth about how to achieve your goals and overall health & fitness that you have been wanting to hear. Studies have shown that without proper nutrition and exercise your body will age and degenerate at least 6 months quicker for every year that passes, than those who do exercise and eat well.

Effective and Time Efficient Workouts

Chances are, you’ve tried everything you can think of to get the body you want but nothing ever seems to work. It’s stuck—and so are you. Or you are just beginning and want results fast.

I know how you feel. I was where you are now – and even though I trained in the past with standard training techniques, I found it difficult lose weight and especially as I got older to get the body I wanted. Now I have the answer – and it’s taken years to develop and perfect.


This type this type of training will shock the body without you knowing it and shake things up and give a full body workout and burn fat up to 36 hours after the workout. The "trick" is to get your heart rate up, and then when it's up spike it up higher periodically during your workout time. For this to happen I use a special combination of exercises, keep the intensity high and use your anaerobic and aerobic system at the same time. That just means that you're going to need to do high intensity cardio like exercises AT THE SAME TIME as you do resistance-training exercises.

Focus is put towards mind – body techniques, dynamic stretching, time under tension, heavier resistance and volume, uneven load routines and a strong bias towards self-limiting functional movements and high intensity anaerobic interval training.


I rarely use machines – I make them.


These workouts are the in the most efficient and effective way to improve your cardiovascular system, lose weight fast and build muscle and endurance and is up to 9 times more effective than standard training. The curious thing is after beginning this, whether you’re willing to admit it or not, you will find this training is fun despite its high degree of intensity. The workouts move quickly, the exercises are constantly changing, and you are forced to use your entire body as a unit— the way it’s intended to move. You will see and feel results right away


You will be trained in a fun, positive, inspirational, motivating and supportive environment with a variety of different equipment such as Swiss and Medicine Balls, Kettlebells, Dumb bells, Ropes, Bodyweight etc. and be given the know how to reach your fitness potential. And most importantly each individual is encouraged to train at his/her own pace and at whatever level of fitness.

Most importantly all participants must be prepared to commit, word hard and have fun

Whatever you chose you will progress through a series training from Beginners – Intermediate – Advanced – Elite and Super Elite Training. Each block lasts between 6 and 12 weeks and as you complete one the next will be waiting.
